Founder & Producer, CareDa

Lisa Onodera is a community producer and project strategist dedicated to connecting people, ideas, and opportunities across communities, industries, and cultures.

With a background in tourism, regional development, and community engagement, she has led collaborative projects involving local governments, businesses, universities, and nonprofit organizations. Her work focuses on turning ideas into action, building meaningful partnerships, and creating opportunities for innovation and social impact.

Dr. Hirokazu Abe, M.D., Ph.D.

Medical Advisor, CareDa

Dr Abe is director of the Department of Urology and Endoscopy Center at Kameda Medical Center, and Director of Nihonbashi Pelvic Floor Clinic.


Dr. Abe brings extensive clinical, research, and leadership experience to CareDa, supporting initiatives that connect healthcare, innovation, and community well-being.

Koichi Murata, Ph.D.

Technical Advisor, CareDa

Dr. Koichi Murata is a professor at Nihon University and a
specialist in industrial
engineering and continuous improvement. With extensive consulting experience ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to publicly listed corporations, he has supported organizations in enhancing productivity, operational excellence, and organizational development.

As Technical Advisor to CareDa, he contributes expertise in innovation, problem-solving, and project design, helping transform ideas into practical and sustainable solutions.
